That sounds good. Do you remove the head? Do you remove the skin? I filleted the biggest one, just to see what it was like (very easy) but the rest I just gutted, and cut the head off.

I do not remove the head or skin. All you need to remove besides the guts is the gills and the scales. You can even eat the skin if you want, just make sure you get rid of all the scales.

Hmmm... We didn't even scale them, but of course we didn't eat the skin either. Do they even have scales? LOL? If they do, they must be tiny, because when I filleted the first one, I didn't really notice any. How do you remove the gills, but not the head?
 
Yes sir. We ate them all. They were delicious. :D
 
Yea it was really good. Next time I'm gonna cut up some potatoes, and carrots, and some red onions and thow them in there as well. Yummmah!
