if you haven't already you should take a look as Sbuse's post on his trout keeping experience you might be able to pull some information out of it.
if you are still into the trout idea. use a chiller and not a mini fridge. take my word for it. if you are dead set on using a mini fridge you must use copper tubing as the flow through otherwise you wont cool the water enough. atleast with any consitancy or in a small fridge. you would need it to be in the fridge for to long if it was run in plastic tubing. look over my thread and see my mistakes that i made. then learn from them to avoid the same mistake.
