this fish has a good personality for a red terror . what im mean is that he eats good everyday and he doesn't act nervous or anything . i still cant put him with other fish , i tried in my oscar tank and 2 different midas tanks and he just wont get along with others . that's to bad because he looks so good when he's pissed . i took these pictures tonight and he just cruised along the bottom of the tank just checking me out .

he's a little bigger than a dollar bill maybe 6 1/2 inches long i got him from a guy in alameda ca. and he was tore up when i got him at bout 4 1/2 inches long , he said it was wild caught but im not sure , but still a nice fish . sorry for misspelling festae , i hope everyone can still find this thread

The first half of the dorsal fin is black/blue. A Standout trait in female festae.

I don't see any blue spangling on the body of that fish, extermely minimmal on the fins. The lack there off is indicative of juvi' female Festae.
