I am glad that nobody has problem with ordering from aquascape. May be I am an unlucky one? Has anyone received replacement when getting dead arrival from aquascape? I was about to order more stingrays from aquascape, but after that incident, I stop. Pedro is very helpful over the phone, but the fact is I still have not received any replacement for dead stingray. I understand that he has to make money for the transaction (he may not make money if he has to send the replacement) , but if that is the case, then he should indicate that there is no live arrival guarantee, then the customer will have no problem at all. Please do not get me wrong: I do enjoy the flower stingray from Pedro. Thanks to him that I have the stingray in my collection, but the fact remains that his business is shady (do not follow through its responsibility)
