If your are talking about short term, a week or two until they are used then act like you are treating them for ich, which is the most common parasite to get from feeders. It will kill the ich and a few other diseases without hurting most feeder fish. It is a good idea to look over you feeders as well looking for flukes, worms, black spot, anchor worms and fish lice, and fungus. If they are clear you can then use them. This is how I like to handle any feeder fish I use. The ratio is 2 teaspoons of salt per gallon and with cool water feeders the quarantine period should be at least 2 weeks., This is for the health of your keepers, not your feeders.
 
i put mollies in my octopus tank to feed him and they usually survived for a good week or less depending on how hungry he was
