True parrots in the wild?? The fish not bird ;)

That one seems like an outlier to me, I just copied/pasted from the Cichlid Room Companion. Though it does say "affluents of the Mirim Lagoon", which would be tributaries and not the lagoon itself.
 
Parrots are beautiful, makes you wonder why they needed to create the hideous hybrid version.
 
I try to not take things written on the internet as gospel; but usually the CRC is spot on. After trying to research more I'm getting more and more skeptical. Be interesting to hear what Felipe has to say.

Not trying to be an A-hole here, just don't want someone else to pick up on that small snippet and possibly re-write the book on Uaru is all.

Still waiting on a reply from Felipe.

P.S. I usually take CRC as correct most of the time as well. . . I will have to check on this one

So they are both from the amazon but differant rivers so they would not be found living among eachother?
