They don't really look like they have parrot in them, I'm not seeing a short enough body structure. They look a bit tall but nothing that strikes me as a hybrid. They look like most of our local amph fish, red devils or midas or midevils.

Hey the hybrid section doesnt suck! Why did you get the rd looking ones? If they are hybrids you should have got ones that look like parrots. Whats the point in getting a hybrid that looks like the pure species parent fish??
You wait till they fade I bet they'll be beauties!!!! Iv never seen them before but I'd be intrigued to see what the fry would be like if you bred them back to a parrot!!
These fish were brought in the lfs and there were only about 3-4 that had the shorter fat body. I had one die over night maybe due to it being the weaker of the 2. May go and buy 2 more
