These “Red Devils” are for sale at one of my lfs. Do you guys think they’re a cross or true Red Devils? Or could they be Midas?

See the sticky on this subject at the top of the page. There is no way that anyone here can tell one way or the other what the genetics of those fish are. If the vendor doesn't give some kind of provenance back to the wild, chances are they are crosses aka midevils.
What RD said is accurate.
On a side note, I see ich on one of them so quarantine and treat if you're going to buy.

yes I know they have ich. They’re being treated at the store and will be sold once treatment is over. I’m not going to buy one if they’re in bad shape afterwards but the one in the first pick is the one I was thinking about picking up
