I'm wicked sorry about getting so p'd off. I thought it was another red texas scam. I have read about so many of them. I had awhile to think about it and thought it was wiser to buy a red Texas that I was sure was a male. I was buying on impulse earlier. LOL Thats how I go broke. If you have any red Texas you are almost certain is male let me know. Thank you.:hearts:

I have 3 pairs of red texas and they all breed like wildfire, i am pretty sure the males are all infertile cause they are hybrids. You most likely have to breed the female with another type of male like they do in asia. My pairs are all over 6-8" and fully mature lay eggs once a month minium sometimes 2x. Cant get the eggs to hatch and i have tried different males with females to mix things up with no luck ever. Just FYI

Nice! But Expensive. Free Bump!

i guess youve never seen the prices they go for at lfs:ROFL:

Most people breed them out either with Trimacs, a type of FHs, or another texas. Then they just cull the young with the most black spots and keep the redder ones. I don't think the males are fertile, like you stated. Kinda sucks. Or maybe its the females? Either way, I don't think breeding Red Tex. to Red Tex. gets you young. At some point you have to breed them out and then breed them back in again. You know, get the whole dominant and recessive gene thing going on...lol

do u do shipping and if so how much would one cost to 18330
