TRUE SCOBINA

Alex, I didn't lose sight of the true nature of this Ray: It's Beautiful and Rare, brought to America by You to give MFK the opportunity to Add this Beauty to someones tank and will be Hopefully Mine by paid day! Enough Said! 
But what I must also say is, that as I've heard, brazilian ichtyologists (ist this word correct 
) name other rays Pot. scobina than we here in Germany do!
In Germany, we call the rays I postet here, Pot. scobina.
This rays origin is the Rio Xingu. Most rays, brazilian scientists call Pot. scobina are from the Rio Tocantins,.......here we see these rays as Pot. orbignyi or very similiar to Pot. orbignyi and in my opinion that also seems to be the ray your talking about in this thread. I think Pot. humerosa is also a not to far away relative to Pot. orbignyi.......
So, a brazilian ichtyologist would indeed propaply call the ray we are talking about, a Pot. scobina, but it is definitly not the same species, I postet pictures of, and these have been imported to Germany from Glaser (Aqualog) as Pot. scobina!
