ST and CT are both Danoid Pulcher
ST refers to the Pulcher population in Thailand, while CT refers to the Pulcher population in Cambodia.
You'll be safe if you refer to any Pulcher as ST. I do not know that there is a way to tell the difference between the 2 and most people (including me) just us ST for Pulcher in general and not to refer to its origin.
