i have a male hpr and a female con , so i'll move the male into a 25 gallon that the females in for breeding than i'll just let the magic happen(at least i hope that the magic will happen)

Good luck, you may have a better chance with using a female HRP if you can find one. My flame tail combo was a female hrp x male hrp/barred 1st gen
