trying to find oddballs!!

hey does anybody know where i can get some oddballs in socal, like near newport,santa ana?

or if anybody has these!

looking for these fish

Ctenopoma Acutirostre (spotted bush fish)
Monocirrhus Polyacanthus (leaf fish)
Tetraodon Suvatti (pig nosed puffer)
Ctenolucius Hujeta (hujeta gar)
Butis Butis (crazy fish)
Chaca Chaca (frogmouth catfish)
Erithrinus erithrinus (rainbow wolffish, red hi fin wolffish)
Apteronotus albifrons ( black ghost knife)

trying to find all these as small as possible like 1.5-4inches!! bigger is fine for the more rare ones but would like to find these as small as possible for i wouldlike to grow them out!!
