trying to take better pics

what kind of gar is that, and how big do they get? i was looking into getting a gar, do they only eat live feeders?

also what is that in the 2end to last pic in the first post? is it a ornate bicher?
 
mm i like the ornate cant wait till myne gets bigger..

zepplin- the gar is a shortnose gar, they get to about 3 feet in the wild, he eats market shrimp and yes that is an ornate bicher in that picture
 
When i first put the bigger ray in the ornate took a couple bites at its disk but since then they havent had any aggression at all

thanks guys the ocell i got as wild caught but i have no clue where from and the mono is a farm bred i believe
