TSN help

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
just my two cents....TSN's and thier relatives rtc and hybrids included, like/love to hide as young IMO till about 6-8". you can also use small chunks of trout worm. there are lots of minerals in them and high protien. I started mine on a shotgun of frozens (beef heart, mysis, blood worms, even brine shrimp) and live worms. I've also seen/ found tsn's like plants as hides better than thier cousins (rtc's and hybrids). So if you have a dense fake plant, he may find a nice spot that you can see him easily and he can hunt from. Pics are always a bonus :)

My experience agrees with the above. They prefer to hide when small, especially in the plants, but do come out for dinner. Mine three (4", 5" and 6") are still hiding a lot but it is getting less with time. They eat more some times and less other times.
