are the same fish, but I've always heard them referred to as tigrinus.
You should be able to tell the difference when they're little. TSN's are brown when they're little and turn more silverish as they grow.
I've also heard stories about them being fragile when they're younger and hard to get off live. However, you might be able to find some smaller well taken care of ones in the marketplace. I've at least seen some in the states for a reasonable price in there. They do get pricey as they get bigger though, but they're a beautiful fish as you can tell from T1KARMANN's.
