moral of this story" keeping big cats is like gambling just cuase the other guy won doesnt mean you will"
no but trust me...some of my smaller fish literally swim and hover directly in front of my TSNs but they dont even bother eating them....eventhough they probably cud if they tried...the key is that ive never seen them without a bulging tumy!basslover34;1629404;1629404 said:That and the 5000 gallon pond doesn't hurt![]()
Keep doing your homework..and listen to what these guys have to say. After all this is MFK. I Keep a TSN, "cuzin willie". He's 17" in a 300g with oscars, id sharks, pacus, plecos and a LMB. Just make sure everybody is well fed. If you get a small one, teach him to eat pellets, shrimp, etc. Feeders only is not very healthy.snyder810;1629773; said:i know this is completely unrelated, well kinda, but i have come into buying a 220gallon tank along with filter, heater, etc... but anyway it is housing about a 24in giraffe catfish who is coming with the tank. ($1000 for all a deal or no?)and i know nothing about these guys, any information would be greatly appreciated. and thank you all for the TSN help, i guess i'll just have 2 either let him alone or try the guess/check technique. but pacus are definately out now. thanks again
