ok, so what catfish or fish that will stay at the bottom do you recommend?

PersonalI would do more bichirs check out some of the uper jaws like endlis the problem with a catfish with rays is usually the catfish eats all the food and the rays and bichirs don get as much as they need

Will a TSN or lima catfish work or will the bichir and ray starve to death?

Bichirs are great fish some of the wild caught upper jaws can hit the 30inch mark and eat everything and will not bother the other fish
just maybe only 1-2 because it is already pretty heavily stocked

I could maybe put food on one side of the tank for the TSN and at the same time put other food on the other side of the tank for the bichir and ray

TSN will get to big but even if you had a huge tank It would mostly hog the food and maybe even get big enough to eat your ornate bichir
