thanks for the info it will help alot.. mine doesnt go near hikari foods yet i have him eating silversides shrimp and scallops.. once he gets around 4 inches i will play around with adding all sorts of stuff..

Do you have any idea whay causes the snout curvature of alot of cb tiger shovel noses? yours looks excellent so far

ya, i think its from running into the tank sides im pretty sure. i try to prevent this by hand feeding him at a small age to get to know "humans" so he doesnt go shooting around the tank when humans are walking around the tank. I also made sure i got him at a young age so he gets used to water changes and everything that goes along with them.
