at what average size do tsns show adult coloration...mine are 6"+ push'n 7-8" and are showing good patterns but they are still brown...

I've had a brown 20"er (now silverish) each fish seems alittle different ... I have another one that changed around 13"... Just keep the water clean the fish fed and it'll happen when it's ready 
i hope it is soon...water stays perfect and they eat shrimp, talapia, night crawles, and some other stuff...i feed them twice a day and my temp is at 84f to boost matalabisum (spell) to get faster growth till they are 12-15" then i will slow down...i want to keep it up till all my fish are extra massive but i need some time to build my big tank...i am not a pationt person, it sucks
