Will my tsn catfishs tail grow back to normal? Also i think its like that due to high protien feeding. Thanks in advance

Welcome.
If it's fin rot it's likely due to poor water quality. Sort your water quality out and the tail will heal. Can't really tell from the picture, what are your water parameters like, and what's your water change schedule like?

I agree, it's most likely due to poor water. High protein diet will not do that to your tsn. How long have you had it and when did you notice the tail?

A high-protein diet is what most larger catfish normally eat, they're gulpers. Judging by the wear on the tail of the pleco up front, the problem is your water quality. If you immediately improve water quality and keep it as clean as possible, your cat will grow back its tail. If not, the fin rot will continue to spread, and it can eventually begin to eat into the body of the fish.

noticed it the other day its been like that for awhile though never really took note of it till i was looking at pics.

What, exactly, are your water parameters? What were they before the water change?
Be very careful with treatment since you have a scaleless fish.
The reason you didn't really notice this before is because fin rot is gradual. It usually occurs over a long period of time in dirty water. A high-protein diet did not cause this.

How often are you doing water changes?
