Man that thing is only 5kgs and its 14 inches / 40cms!! Thats crazy i expected it to be alot heavier... where are you located in the world buddy?

I got a FRT and its only a baby...
I m frm sunny singapore garden city in asia:)

My baby FRT is a fin nipper, has taken chunks out plenty of fish. Also is a killer, has eaten 6 of my Geophagus Atifron I's at approx 5cm. Must hunt them down while they are sleeping, lights off. These turtles are nocturnal so will roam around and bite of sleeping fish. I tested this theory out by leaving my moon light on over night, guess what... no missing fish!! Cute.. but he is a killer!

I get jealous when I look at Tubby's shell coz my FRTs used to have nice shell like Tubby's till they got bitten by a bored stingray :irked: and peckish severums

The shell after healing, just don't look as nice as before.

I don't have a problem with my FRTs biting fishes because they don't.

seems like we Singaporeans are always making people in MFK jealous with our FRT collections.

I totally agree with most. something must be done for it to have a better growth. I would consider Tubby to be quite fortunate to be able to have that tank size. I know of someone with a FRT of around the same size in a 4x2x2. :(

I only wish we could rehome them over to those who want them
There is just too many unwanted FRTs here :irked:
And they get abandoned n most end up in poor condition
