My problem...Ide have to put a pricey 9" fish in with a 16" bully of an Orino. I fear it would get beat to death in a matter of days.

Seems as though you need another tank.....Or perhaps a bagarius cat for the Orino tank. That price is reasonable, I paid 300 for azuls at the same size.
