Hate to burst your bubble but a lot of it is staged (not necessarily all of it). I use to love the turtle man when he was just a youtube hit. Unfortunately, TV is all about ratings. I know some people who run a reptile rescue here in KY. Last year they got a call asking if they had any native species that they could loan the show so that they could stage a scene. It made me lose a little respect for him.

He's hilarious, not sure how much love and sympathy pest raccoons and possums need. IMO he is doing more then most other pest controls, rescues and relocates. Others just kill and trash

lol, i didn't say they need love but i've seen shows where he chases them up and down a room yelling yeyeyeye LIVE ACTION instead of just setting a trap and being done with it

We like this show, but only because it's funny in a "why would you do that?" kind of way. Oh yeah, and then there's always the hope that this will be the episode where he takes a racoon to the face! How great would that be?!?! LIVE ACTION! Keeps us coming back for more each week!

I noticed lot of shows were staged. Especially with the "wild" turkey, the rats and the fox.
