Quarantine Tank
Do you guys consider this a good deal on this turtle?

I also really question whether it really does not need land???

"i have decided to sell my hold back captive bred Staurotypus Triporcatus 3 year old male this one seems to have the best pattern i have come across ever.. both on the head and shell and skin perfect flawless speciman...feeding on floating pellets fully aquatic no land needed can be kept with most fish...cichlids work well lots of personality 7 inch shell"

pic coming soon...

I have seen one tank with no land that had just regular pond turles, that was in a fish store with koi. I would say that to be on the safe side, always at least provide a small floating platform. They can always avoid it.
My question would be how much it costs

$200

let's see-three keeled musk turtle, male, captive bred, full sized, you already have a pond...I'd say go for it. Just one thing-I emailed my friend at the musueum ( a herpetologist) about it and he says that they are highly carnivorous and may eat slow moving fish and tadpoles. Also, he says with all turtles provide something, even if it's barely anything to climb out on, bec ause it depends more on the turtle's personality (turle-ality?) than its species.

Thanks V, I will probably pass on it then...
