Brother the land area that I have is not fully dry and also no uvlight I sometimes show him sunlight should I do it in regular?

You need to create a completely dry area in your enclosure. Also if you don’t have a uv bulb to use, your turtle will need daily sunlight

Dude this is the platform if I keep water till it's level he is not able to climb
At night he sleeps over there what should I do about it?

I realize now that the platform is made of glass. IMO it is not sufficient for your turtle as is.
If the platform is secure/sturdy enough you could try securing a piece of driftwood on it so that your turtle can climb up on top and dry off. Also, the platform appears close to the surface you will have to lower the platform a few inches to avoid your turtle trying to climb out if you do add the drift wood.

The platform is steady enought to hve weight kept on it I will try to find a appropriate piece of driftwood to keep on it's basking area and I will also try plastic mat thing
The beared aquarist has the same thing plastic mat for his turtle
