Under further investigation, it could just be an infection. If you see any white on the wound, let us know. I would suggest getting onto a reptile forum.

Sure brother
Till now no white sign
I wanna tell it was unseen from more than 5 months his shell outer covering had it covered
I figured out the damage yesterday

It doesn’t look like Shell Rot, however, this is something to look out for. Just keep doing what you’ve been doing. Give us an update in a few days and let’s see how it looks :)

Dude this is the platform if I keep water till it's level he is not able to climb
At night he sleeps over there what should I do about it?
You need to create a completely dry area in your enclosure. Also if you don’t have a uv bulb to use, your turtle will need daily sunlight

The platform is quite big but he can't climb it if I make water lvl equal
What about plastic grass layer?

I realize now that the platform is made of glass. IMO it is not sufficient for your turtle as is.
If the platform is secure/sturdy enough you could try securing a piece of driftwood on it so that your turtle can climb up on top and dry off. Also, the platform appears close to the surface you will have to lower the platform a few inches to avoid your turtle trying to climb out if you do add the drift wood.

I’ve never used a plastic grass layer. If want to try, by all means do it. If it works then you successfully created a dry area in the tank

The platform is steady enought to hve weight kept on it I will try to find a appropriate piece of driftwood to keep on it's basking area and I will also try plastic mat thing
The beared aquarist has the same thing plastic mat for his turtle
If uh wanna see he is on YT
