Turtle With Monster Fish?

I have been wanting a turtle that could live in my aquarium for awhile and I don't know any other type than fly river/pig nose turtles. What type of turtle is out there that is easy to find that could live in my tank with no land. I also have rays do the turtle has to be non aggressive. Any ideas?

they are banned / illigal to sell in the states.
 
even if they were available, they would fetch for a thousand bux . That's only if you can somehow find one LOL. Here in canada you can get one for like 200 bux. Very rare here too.
 
FRT are illegal to import into the US. There are some that are CB for sale, but as stated b4 they are expensive. Plan on a minimum of $100-$200 per inch when you find one. The minimum size that is legal for sale to the public is 4". Anything under that and you had better be ready to prove that you have it for scientific purposes.
 
There was one on my Local CL for 1100. i have a Musk turtle in my 180, it may bite your rays tho. I have seen my musk turtle take nips at my bichirs but nothing serious

I'm new to turtles. What is cb? And what is the cheapest type of turtle that can live in my aquarium like a fly river can.
