I keep my Full grown Red Eared Slider in a 200G pond with 9 Comets. The fish aren't full grown and the turtle does not seem to bother them.
What you need to remember is that older turtles are more vegetarians that Carnivores. That being said, I would start off with a few Comets and see how the turtle reacts before you spend your hard earned money on Koi.
