can turtles go with a green severum, green texas, green terror, and escondido? if so, is there a specific kind?

Maybe... Depends on the size and aggression. I had a red ear slider 1 1/2 inches long that ate a 3 inch gold fish.

I have never kept turtles, but I think they go in the same category as crayfish when it comes to adding them to your cichlid tank.

I had a turtle with mine for a while, and it wasnt agressive for a long time, and then one d ay it snapped...so idk what ist is, or if certain kinds would do better

It all depends on the species of turtle, the size of the enclosure, the temperament of the turtle and how well fed it is.
