Not a big African cichlid fan either but I liked the show so much I might have to set up a shell dweller tank :) or maybe some lamp comp.
 
I only caught a glimpse of the show, so I also will be recording the rebroadcast, very enlightening!

I caught the last 5 minutes and had no idea it was on. Set to record the next airing. It looked like a cool show. In what I saw the habitat does look similar to what I see a lot of people provide for Cichlids. I love seeing tanks that actually replicate nice looking natural habitats like that.

So why do so many people not like African Cichlids as much as the others?
