i think i'd do the same. I imagine you'd make quite a profit once you'd deducted the cost of your care for it and that of a regular silver lol. You've owned it, sometimes, the money is worth more. Word of advice though, whatever you do, it will be worth getting someone to take some decent pictures of it before you let it go.
