You'll Be fine. The Zavlar is a strong adheasive also so it will help. Plus I am sure you glues the seams as you assembled right? If not then I would disassemble one seam at a time and glue with liquid nails.

yeah we decided to start out small and see how it all goes. im sure when these go well the bigger ones will be in the plans
