Ok I realize this.... Everyone I have talked to on here said that Floridas max out at 18-20" not larger

Since when do Florida Gars get larger than 2'? I have a 220 with a 6x2x30" footprint and I had multiple people from THIS site tell me that it would be fine in that tank for life. So which is it?

You still can't have a 2' fish in a 2' tank.

It really depends on how flexible the fish is and whether or not it's capable of turning in less than ideal space.

I know that... I was simply stating that Floridas do not get that large sorry if I worded it wrong. Just kills me when he says gar and it's automatically one of the larger species
