O.K., moving on from part 1, we will now look at controls....I will update from time to time.
The first tank is a 750 gal and the one behind it is a 600 gal.
The controls include a PLC controller(with remote panel view), RTD's(for temp), flow switches, ultrasonic level,a pile of solenoid valves, level switches, timers, six flood sensors,etc... The Mechanical includes two Polybead filters each with a half horsepower pump, two sumps, two U.V. lights, two 1500watt heaters and I'm sure there is more that I missed but we will start with this....
I will add pic's of the sumps later......went a little overboard I know...lol...enjoy

thanks...I work in the industry, so that makes it allot easier, even went back to school to get my second ticket, talk about weird motivation...lol...but now I have a better job......The only thing that I didn't do was the programming of the PLC....a friend of mine helped me with that...I had enough on my plate.....these pic's are old...stay tuned for bigger and better...cheers
