Is one oscar aggressive with the other oscar?

yes one oscar is aggressive with other

sometimes this happens between oscars because of male and female..male might be a bully because he wants her to breed and she is too young.. the only thing you can do if you want to keep the both oscars together is put a divider between them..won't give them much room to swim etc but one will definitly kill the other if he is being aggressive now it will continue until the other is too weak..i had the same thing happen with mine and had to separate them.. my rds the same and i put screen divider between them..open it up from time to time to see if it is okay between them ..if not screen goes up again.. sometimes having the screen they grow to adjust and care for each other..and you only need it temporally.. i would hold off on the arow until you have large tank ready because arows grow very fast.

I assume you mean 3ft l by 1ft wide by 1ft deep if so that tank isn't even big enough for one oscar which would explain your oscar aggresion you need a 55 gallon minimum for 1 oscar and you relize that arowana is going to grow to 3 foot at least as well and needs a 250 gallon tank minimum
