The stubborn nature of these two catfish has created this pleasant conundrum.
This:
Currently contains her:
And him:
But I just sold him to
So I've got to get at least one of the pokey, tense, wiggly and troglodytic buggers out of the jar so I can box it up and send it.
Pretty sure moving the jar out from the cave work into an open area or another tank will coax them out. When I clean the tank I just pick up the jar and move it around with both dunces in it. When they feel threatened they both expand their fins and try to stab each other in the guts. It's a little scary, actually. There's no way to force them out and I'm not breaking the jar because that could slice them right open. Hoping I can catch them off guard when they are out and about in the night.
Any other ideas?
