I have two fire eels well over 30 inches. They get along great and are very active. they follow you around the tank. They have been housed with each other for over four years with rays arowanas, knifes, dats, south american cichlids, ornate birchers, and peacock bass. Alone for the past year due to me selling all of my fish. I have sold my 400 and have arranged pick up on the 16th so I need to sell these guys fast. They eat out of my hand, love shrimp and worms but can be feed a number of different foods. Not sure on the sex of each eel. one is more slender then the other. The fatty is bigger then my forearm.
