i would drop feders in one at a time..that way they associate our hand with food..and in time..hit whatever food falls into the tank..DM has a sticky post at the top of this forum..but its meant for weaning..
 
crickets will work..are are probably better because they float..

pbass are piscavores though, their main diet consists of fish, so i would go with guppies as their main food..and treats..for variety..

crickets
krill
shrimp

maybe even some fathead/rosyred minnows

that should be good
