Thanks for the replies. I will try to get closer pics when I can because it's not at my home. If these are in fact regular parrots, then maybe I can sell then for street prices of $10-$15?

$10-15 sounds good. I've seen like others the 25-30 bucks a piece and they seem to sit and sit there for someone to buy them.

No, king kong parrots and blood parrots are different fish. King kongs grow considerably larger, and can close their mouths.

There is a third kind, but i forget what they are called. the ones in the pic kinda look like regular blood parrots. depending on location, larger ones will go for 30 to 50 bucks each.

Great info from you all, I'll try to get some close up pictures. Still didn't get the time to take those pictures because the parrots are at another location. Thanks so much. I live close to San Gabriel, CA.

The 3rd kind is called a Red Mammon. They are very similar tp the KKP's as their mouth can close and their head slope is abit smaller. The RM is very expensive and a female usually can go for anywhere from $60-300. I had one for awhil and tried to breed her with my flowerhorn. They can be very aggressive. Giant Aquarium in Philly often has them.
