"Brand loyalty" is the goal of these organizations.... its funny to me how a person can be so loyal to a team.... even though the rosters changes 80% every 5years.... so what exactly are you loyal to? your city? a image? might as well join a gang cuz then you can actually be involved in their direct activity.... i know stretching a bit again... but catch my drift? again we are dealing with something deeper than just taking pride in something.... there's a innate desire for people to belong.... be a part of something bigger than themselves.... very few people share my opinion including ummm... 95% of my friends.... and im ok with that.... i'll stick to my individual sports.... and yea MMA is still a individual sport.... regardless if fighters belong to certain training camps..... when you get into the ring/cage to actually compete.... your on you own.... well unless you paid off the ref....
Your thoughts are narrow minded, while you think you are preaching..... You do not know what drives anyone, but yourself. If my grandfather played for the Seahawks, and I made the practice squad, am I still not allowed to be a fan? Life only lasts 75 years or so....It is so fun being young, thinking all of this crazy stuff even matters. 60 years from now, the world itself will have passed us all by, leaving us with little to nothing to talk about. Just relax and chill out on blanket theories, because to some, they seem a bit fairy tailish....Life is too short to think you are the only one who "gets it"...hahahah Cheer for teams, because cheering and being happy is healthy, and conducive to prolonging your life itself....
