Mine are about 20 in and 15 in. They eat market shrimp and nightcrawlers. Pretty active at feeding times, they steel shrimp out from under my rays.

my fire eel likes to live on the edge during feeding. he will actually stick his head inside of my oscars gaping mouth to eat the blood worms my oscar is trying to greedily gobble.

all the foods lited ubove are good they like worms and market shrimp but LOVE live shrimp or cryfish when they molt most shrimp is fine when ever thow
