Uaru

Whats the temp of the water line, and hardness/TDS, and the dimensions of the 72g? One uaru would probably be alright in a tank like that for quite some time, but if you're going to get a few more to form a group then I'd recommend moving them to something bigger by the time they get to around 6", so probably about 6-7 months.

I had five in a 55 gallon until they were around 5" but that was with 100% daily water changes. Then they got split up -- I moved two into a 150 with some severums and the rest went to Georgia. The real trick is keeping your water quality optimal, and that's going to depend on how many fish are in the tank, how often you feed, frequency and amount of water changes, and so on.

Well, it's a bowfront. And it's him and 5 2.5-3" Pearsei, and 3 2" Tiger Barbs. Filtration is a Cascade1000 canister filter and a emperor400. 50-60% water change 1 time per week.
