disappointed in Akiyama, not that it didnt' go the way I expected but still disappointed.
Condit/Hardy did not disappoint. As the fight went on, I thought Hardy was winning and felt his hands were a bit better. But wow, did not expect Condit to catch him so clean. Hardy has a great counter left hook and it was awesome how they both swung but Condit's landed more crisp and on the chin. Hardy's may have landed first but wasn't as crisp and on target although it did knock Condit off balance. best fight of the night for me.
disappointed in Hathaway also. props to Pyle for being the stronger fighter.
Kongo did it to himself. he was warned about grabbing shorts and continued doing it so point deducted. i agreed with the draw. Kongo won 2-3 rds but the point deduction made it a draw
man, Gufstasson (check sp) looked great. still young, good hands, good wrestling. I was surprized. I thought the stand up advantage would go to Diabate but I was wrong. good fight.
