UFC 126 - Silva vs. Belfort

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I hate Silva but I can admit he is the best, don't like doing it but oh well. Shogun vs Bones is going to be epic. I hope Bones-Jones wins because I called him to own the belt 2 years ago with in 2 years haha. I enjoyed the card including the Silva win because I don't think there is a person who saw that coming even after it was over.

What do you think of Silva-GSP?

i agree gsp is the best in his class but to small anderson can fight light heavy no problem and is a big middle weight just to big for gsp

Anderson is said to want a fight with GSP next.

me and hamato was pretty much spot on with the main event. i gotta say, i was a bit disappointed because it ended so early. i wanted to see what was going to happen once they both loosened up and started letting their hands go and would've liked to see it go up to like round 4 or something. but, that's just another testament to Anderson's greatness. that's the first time Vitor has ever been ko/tko'd btw

"I've only seen that happen in video games" -Dana White

the card was decent. i was a bit disappointed in the franklin/forrest fight but not surprized the way it ended up either way. i underestimated forrest a bit, but i guess rich really is a bit too small for 205. good job by forrest though

i wasn't sure if it was ever going to happen, but looks like GSP vs A. Silva may end up happening after all. I'm stoked

i didnt' think this would happen at all let alone this year. this fight happening all depends on gsp now. he needs to beat Jake Shields which I think he will. and according to dana, both guys are willing and it will be at 185

gsp says he will make a permanant move up if he ever did it. it's good for the division

i think jon fitch will be the next champ once gsp vacates

and i think gsp will give anderson a more competative fight than a lot of people may think. he's got all the tools to beat anderson. chael sonnen pretty much laid out the blue print on how to beat anderson. we'll see,........

The card as a whole was a let down I thought. Especially the WEC guys.. The griffin/franklin fight was BORING! Jones was impressive by taking Bader down and choking him out, He WILL be champ, watch out shogun. Silva is a BEAST, P4P the BEST. Gotta love that Akido front kick, he said Steven segal taught him that one.

Jeremy
Steven Seagal did teach him to do that kick but it wasn't Aikido in Aikido you would kick the inside of the leg bring them to a knee then kick them in the head but you can't do alot of Aikido in the UFC the rules get in the way the kick he used was Shotokan a form of Karate
