I thought Hammil beat Bisping hands down though, no doubt about it. That was a ****ing robbery. One of the worst decisions I've seen in MMA in a long time.

interesting you choose Silva over Liddell. Why? With your knowledge of the sweet science wouldnt Chuck have a better chance in the exchanges? I want Silva to win but i think it may be a bad style matchup for Wandy.

Oddballer, my knowledge of the sweet science is exactly why I think Silva beats Liddell.

Essentially Liddell is a wild, sloppy puncher with no real hand technique, but with good takedown defense. Now he has done remarkably well in the UFC, being that he is hardly a master boxer. He deserves credit for that.

But Silva is a FAR more complete striker. And it was Rampage's more polished and skilled striking game that enabled him to demolish chuck twice. And it was silva's skilled, polished Muay Thai game that enabled him to batter Rampage twice.

However, this is still a tough fight to pick. Why? Because they are both on the slide. I actually have a feeling Wandy is more shot. In his last 2 fights he got the **** beaten out of him by Cro Cop and Henderson, and looked terrible compared to his old form.

There was not much shame in losing to Cro Cop, he is a significantly bigger man and an excellent striker when on form. And henderson is also a very solid fighter, who would have always given Silva a tough fight. But still, he looked sort of shot.

It's a risky pick because Silva is both smaller AND more shot. But I just think if he can pull it together on the night, he should beat chuck, he's simply a better more skilled fighter.

Your right this really is a tough fight to call because they both really have some incentive to win, both of these fighters are on their way out. If Chuck loses it's gonna be hard for him to draw anymore, and if Wandy loses, he'll just be another over hyped Pride guy who cant hang in the UFC (this isnt necessarily true, but it will no doubt be the impression). I gotta take Chuck, and I think your assesment of the fight is accurate, I tend to think Chuck is a little better fighter then you do. Thats why I'll give him the nod.

Haha yeah a blemish to Tito. What tier 1 fighter has Bisping fought? And regardless of the "official" outcome, Bisping lost to Hamil, a second tier at best. You could see it in his eyes he lost, when he heard the decision, he made a fool of himself, while a robbed Hamil still maintained dignity. Oh well, i can't wait for Rashad to teach him some humility

Oh god do I hate Serra Everything out of his mouth is about Hughes, dude has a hard on for him. Most people hate Hughes(except me) and saw Serra as a hero for calling him out, but lately on MMA forums that attitude has changed, as people grow tired of Serra's never ending rants about Hughes. It's kinda like Adrian Petereson talking **** about LT

Unfortnately, unless the Ice Man changes up his strike only style, he won't beat Wandy.

I'm rooting for Penn, but am not familar with Stevenson.

I don't disagree on Rashad being above Bisping, but one thing Bisping has is that dumb luck tenacity and confidence. That goes a long way in a fight. It's the same reason Keith Jardine beat Chuck Liddell.

Houston Alexander is an animal. Can't wait to see him fight again.
