his workouts are crazy
he was throwing an 80lb punching bag up in the air,make it spin,and catch it,bunch of times.
then he was swinging a 20lb sledge hammer one handed
he also said xx large ufc gloves are to tight so he had to get xxx large gloves.lol
cant wait for the fight,should be good.

I wish Lesnar wins 'coz if he doesn't, I think that's pretty much it for a career at UFC. Its the same thing for Mir because he is a "has been."

Since I am not getting this one, you guys will have to give me an update on how the Mir fight goes. It could be a great fight and it may just be another fight that looks like the ones on the Ultimate Fighter.
