It's weird. I'm not really a fan of either, but I have to admit I'm impressed by Faber. Even though he is a cocky little s.o.b.

Kinda reminds me of Prince Naseem from back in the day.

I thought Machida was cool until this fight. He ran away from everything Tito threw at him and since he didn't knock him out or do any major damage, you can't say that he was just waiting for the right opportunity to make a move.

Tito wanted to put on a show for all of us spending $ on the fight, and Machida failed miserably...

Also glad to see steroid boy eat BJ's knee...the bounce back off of the fence and into his knee was priceless.

i must be one of the few who can really appreciate Lyoto's skill set..... reminds me of the old days of MMA when people didnt understand the ground game and hated all BJJ and wrestlers.... years from now many people will adopt his style of elusive striking....... He is able to strike and land before his opponents.....

Your not the only one, and he isn't the only one who fights like that. There is a new batch of guys who do stand up like that. I actually would make an argument that Chuck Liddell fights like that. Not as "elusive" as machida, but the reason why Chuck was so successful is because he kept his head up, and would hit his opponents while they attempted to strike, also he would take a punch if it meant he could throw a harder one back.
