I agree man...camps are expensive...but after seeing me train I was in on the Wing Chun for free or whatever I could afford a month....I really miss it...learned quite a bit and experienced some real sparring and I know what its like to have sore ribs and a bruised face...LOL...but really I create my own workout program. I focus as much on cardio as I do weights and stamina.....may not be a professional camp but its gettin me in shape. It keeps me happy and stress free so far and I def enjoy it.....

Yep....Rampage should not have lost this one. I love Forrest but being the Challenger he should have had to do more. The leg kicks score major points especially since Rampage is not used to that, but thats not beating him beyond the point of gettin the belt. Its all good...go to the replays and watch as Rampage's speed and power knock Forrest on his ass. I love ans Respect Forrest as well though, he was able to shake it off and come back, takes a tough chin and real skill, which he has, jus like I said....in order to become the champ you have to whoop the current CHAMPS ass.....no questions asked...and he didnt do it. Not in that fight.
No-seriously-an f-------!!! honor to train with him-and you know what I get tired of going to bars-LOL!! Clubs!!! and people talk s-- about Ken man I wish they could take 10% of what I have taken-think about it-he is supposedly past his prime yet he still fights the best (or atleat the bullies)!! Yet the people boo him!! Okay real funny!! Maybe I am the guy to redeem him (though I doubt to old) but one day someone will rule the UFC and have Kens' trademark!!
