Thoughts:
GSP & Penn - I knew GSP would be stronger, but the way this went down kind of surprised me. BJ was helpless on the ground, but the weird part was that when they were on their feet BJ looked like he couldn't hang. It was a dominating performance by GSP, and I'm really looking forward to the Alves fight. Alves is tough, and hungry, and he is the type of guy, because of the style match-ups, that could beat GSP.
Machida & Silva - I don't really agree with saying that Machida was less boring (although I didn't think he was boring before) in this fight. I think he fought the exact same way he normally does, but this time the guy he was fighting played right into his style. This was just a bad matchup for Silva, and Machida took his time, knew he could get him, and did. It was a nice win for Machida, we'll see if he gets his shot, or if he'll get the winner of Jackson & Jardine.
Bonnar & Jones - Jones does look pretty good. The only thing is he was pretty gassed at the end of the fight, and he's lucky Bonnar didn't catch him. Now, I don't think that most guys would have lasted as long as Bonnar, but he still needs to work on his stamina if he wants to be at the top. Bonnar gave it his best, but was just over-matched.
Karo & Kim - I'm a Karo slappy, but I'm not sold that he actually won this fight. It was pretty even, and a tough fight to call, but I probably would have given it to Kim. It probably wasn't a great idea to have 2 Judo guys in there together, because I spent the whole fight explaining to people that they weren't just hugging when they were standing up, but oh well...
Diaz & Guida - I thought this would be better, Guida didn't look as crisp as he normally does. I thought Diaz was good on his feet, and I thought he won the fight.
