I really liked the Houston fight. It showed that he can't really last longer than 2 minutes. I have never seen anyone fall to their back like he did. :screwy:

I have become a big Nate Diaz fan. His last few fights have been great, always going back and forth.

I didn't get to see Houstons fight, dang Halo.

But, I gotta say I was impressed by Mac Danzig. His first round was very good, against a guy who always presses the action, he really took it to Clay I thought. I actually wasn't as convinced that Clay won that fight. I think Clay uses his excessive motion to make it look like he's doing a lot more than he actually does. I was hoping they would split them up at the 30 sec mark of the last round, because nothing was going on.

I liked how Nate got through that fight, but he wasn't as good as he normally is. His lack of strength will end up costing him, when he fights the better guys in his class.

yea nate punches like a sissy' hes all about his ground game. he has incredible jujitsu for a brown belt and his defense

Part of it is just that he's at 155. When your 6 foot 155, you aren't exactly gonna be packing a lot of power in your punches. Most of the guys in that weight class punch light.

:iagree:

His strength is the BJJ, the punches just help him get points with the judges. His defense is one of the best in the biz.
